He has extensive experience in project management; asset management; the development of construction and maintenance contracts; and local authority operations.
Smart Water Meter Projects
Richard has undertaken an investigation and study in New Zealand and Australia, and developed business cases, for smart water meters. The advances in technology make this a very exciting option to gain significant benefits over a simple revenue and demand management tool.
