Richard has been a senior manager for over 20 years, with 7 of those years as General Manager of over 50 staff.
He has a strong belief in the importance of long term relationships, built on trust and listening.
Engineering Services
Civil Engineering:
Richard has been in civil engineering for over 35 years, and has focussed on the 3 waters, solid waste and also more lately, in parks and property.
He has extensive experience in project management; asset management; the development of construction and maintenance contracts; and local authority operations.
Smart Water Meter Projects:
Richard has spent considerable time investigating and has then developed business cases for smart water meters.

I enjoyed this moment - well probably more when I was in the boat!
I also enjoy a 200 km/hr blast on my supersport motorbike around Hampton Downs;
A more leisurely mountain bike ride;
a ski on Mt Ruapehu; and most importantly, of course, time with the family.
